Please join us in welcoming Zoë as the new Dorset Coordinator for The Footprints Project.
With more than 20 years of experience supporting people facing homelessness, trauma, financial hardship and social exclusion, Zoë brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion and dedication to the role. Throughout her career, she has worked across housing, community development, refugee support and the voluntary sector, building strong partnerships and helping people navigate some of life's most challenging circumstances.
Earlier in her career with Shelter, Zoë supported people experiencing homelessness and those within the criminal justice system, including delivering outreach services in prisons and helping people prepare for a positive return to their communities. This experience gave her a deep understanding of the importance of timely, compassionate support and the life-changing impact of strong community connections.
More recently, Zoë has been coordinating support for refugees and people seeking asylum, while also leading volunteers, developing community projects and working alongside local organisations to create meaningful opportunities for those in need. She is passionate about bringing people together, strengthening communities and helping individuals rebuild confidence, stability and independence.
As Dorset Coordinator, Zoë is excited to meet people across the county, build new partnerships and work alongside communities to ensure more people can access the support they need to move forward. She is looking forward to helping grow The Footprints Project's presence in Dorset and supporting people to create brighter futures.
