Dorset Coordinator

The Coordinator will be responsible for delivering outreach and resettlement services to men and women leaving custody, residing in the community and in Approved Premises across Dorset.

The role is home based, travelling across Dorset 3-4 times a week. This is for 6 months with a possible extension, subject to a funding. The role is full-time but a part-time/job share will be considered (minimum 24 hours/week).

No experience is necessary. We are happy to hear both from people without professional experience, including recent Criminology graduates, and those with experience in the Criminal Justice sector who are looking for their next role.

Reports to: Operations Manager

Posts Reporting to: No paid staff

 Salary in the region of £27,000 to £32,817 per year (pro-rata for part-time positions) depending on experience.

The office is usually closed over the period between Christmas an New Year, offering 3 additional non-contract days paid leave. This is decided each year by the board.
