On Tuesday 8th February we opened our doors to our Winton Office and community hub. Over 40 people from local support agencies attended the event to tour the premises.

The space is available for free use for community groups locally until the end of October and offers, office, conference and training space along with use of a kitchenette. We are also asking local groups to provide information regarding their services that we can signpost and refer people to.

Footprints will be running additional training and skills courses as well as wellbeing sessions for women and our drop-in support for our service users on Wednesdays (men) and Tuesdays (women).

The Hub will provide a clothing bank run by Threaded, free toiletries collected by the community, including Swanage Methodist Church and donated by Lush.

We would also like to thanks Little Pickle Deli for providing food for the event and Morrisons for the donation of fresh flowers.

Our first Women's Health and Wellbeing taster session took place this week with amazing feedback with all women rating the space and welcome as 10/10! On-going sessions start in March. For more information see the community hub page
